By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure that you read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, or create derivative versions. The app itself, and all trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Futship.

Futship is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you are paying for.

The app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us in order to provide our Service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone. Doing so may make your device vulnerable and may cause the app not to work properly.

Certain functions of the app require an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. Futship cannot take responsibility if the app does not work at full functionality because of connectivity issues.

If you use the app outside an area with Wi-Fi, your mobile provider terms still apply. You may be charged for data usage, including roaming charges. By using the app, you accept responsibility for such charges.

Futship cannot always take responsibility for how you use the app. You need to ensure your device remains charged and operational.

Although we strive to keep information updated and correct, we rely on third parties for some data. Futship accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss resulting from reliance on app functionality.

We may update the app from time to time. The app is currently available on Android and iOS. Requirements for these systems may change, and you may need to install updates to continue using the app. We may also discontinue the app at any time without prior notice.
